As part of the process in its listing, Altro employees were asked questions about the company’s training and development programme and the availability of career opportunities within the organisation.

Q. Learning consultants have worked with Altro over the last 10 years and, in the last three years, Q. Learning has worked in partnership with Altro to develop an integrated Manufacturing and Customer Care Centre team and a culture focussed on its business mission of becoming a ‘world class’ organisation by 2008. We’re delighted that we have played a part in helping Altro achieve this fantastic award.
