Recently, Q. Learning has produced a new webinar package about flexible thinking called ‘Perceptual Positions’, led by Richard Carr. This package is available as a combination of online learning and information, followed by some one to one work and represents yet another leap forward from the first webinar that Q. Also in the pipeline and soon to be released by Q. Learning, is an online webinar about Spiral Dynamics to be led this time by Lesley Gosling and Richard Carr. The Spiral Dynamics package will be available in a combination of online webinar learning, a test quiz, an online questionnaire, followed by one to one feedback. This will relate to you as an individual in a personal and an organizational way. Lesley is Q. Learning’s resident Spiral Dynamics expert and is looking forward to this product being part of the services that Q. Learning has to offer. She says, ‘Many organisations ask us to feedback 1-1 to leaders using Spiral Dynamics; this will shorten the time needed as everyone can learn the basics online before having a coaching session. It will represent good value for money for clients.’
