Like people, some organisations are bound up with the present, and devote little attention to the future; others are constantly thinking forward. Dr. Jeremy Klein, Generics. In essence, organisations have an innovative personality, a signature of the way in which they, as organisations, interact with the unfolding future. Here we pose some of the questions that our clients are asking. Please share your questions - and your answers - with us. Key Questions What are the rules and protocols for selling within your sector? How can you break them and be first? If the law required annual accounts to include intellectual property, how would you do this? If your company were a ' ', what would you like it to be? (Put in your own metaphor - sport, vehicle, piece of fruit, etc) When the world has every form of information and communication tool, what lifestyle improvement will people want next? What filing index would you like your customers to keep you in? If there were one of your products or services that could catch nationally and/or internationally as the next 'craze', what would it be? How would people imitate this? As a nation, how could we make progress with social inclusion of disadvantaged people? How can your organisation contribute? If the last leap forward in our health was improvement in sanitation (probably more so than penicillin), what could the next one be? If we all have our own learning styles and ways of filtering information, how could education be arranged to for the indidivual child. If we seek to become 'life-long learners' - how do we best support our children while they travel through the exam system? If the success of your company - and yourself - were dependant on the quality of your thinking and beliefs, what one aspect could you transform to advantage? If your company is going to meet changing demends from the outside world, how do you balance those with your own wishes - while still managing the operation?
