Culture Change and Change Management

As management consultants, we visit many organisations every month. It is rare, at every one of those, that we do not find that the organisation is undergoing restructuring often due to a new ALMO, new IT systems, efficiency review, or some partnership working and new project teams are being formed. Individuals are then concerned about their position and role within the changing structure. We also find that Directors and Managers understand the need to manage change but do not know how to do so strategically.
