Working with Us: Administration
Affectionately referred to as 'the hub'; our support team have an essential role to play in providing the organisation behind a busy, fun-loving and, sometimes, frenetic team of Consultants.
This team comprises administration, systems and support, business development and financial management and is based in our main office in Henley-on-Thames.

The individuals within the team are our real stars. Our clients enjoy contact with them and their interpersonal skills, particularly on the telephone, are renowned. Whilst each has their own specialist skills, as outlined below, they are also able to work as a team and provide support to each other as well as to the consultants. They are able to work happily and effectively both on their own and when surrounded by busy people and use their initiative to introduce new systems and processes of work where required. They have the energy and commitment to ensure that what needs to be done is done, whilst also bringing a sense of calm and order when people around them need it.
