Our current alliances include:
- A small company, also in the HR field, supplying services and products that are different to those supplied by Q. Learning, such as Head Hunting/ Recruitment and Selection.
- A large organisation that is installing major new software products into organisations which creates a need to change the culture of the client organisation
- A medium sized company that is growing very fast and is wanting to explore how a new product that Q. Learning has developed can be jointly sold on to its clients
- A large publishing company, Hodder, that is collaborating with us to produce a unique series of books that take the essence of the 'Q.Learning Way' into bookstores, the 'Be Your Best'..and Beyond' series.
When looking for a potential alliance partner, there are essential elements for the relationship: that the Q. Learning values are also those of the potential partner; that there would be no intention in the case of either partner to be expanding to supply the services or products that are offered by each other; and that the potential partner would be willing to build a relationship with us where neither they nor we expect perfection, but will work on getting things right.
Our experience of working in an alliance is that they can be very exciting, full of learning and rewarding for both partners.
