Associates may have an area of specialist knowledge and competency or they may be a generalist having similar skills and competencies to the Q. Learning consultants. Examples of some of the specialist skills that our existing associates have include Stress Management, Competency Framework Development, Image Consultancy and Assessment Centre Design.
What we look for in our associates are people who:
- work in the Q. Learning way, who build rapport with clients, are energised, professional and achieve agreed results
- are willing to build a relationship with us where neither they nor we expect perfection, but will work on getting things right (preferably first time)
- help the client and us to think longer term but who understand that their involvement may be for just this piece of work
- will work within our brand, complying with our look and feel for documents etc and who are seen by clients as 'part of Q. Learning'
