Junior Consultant
In Q. Learning, we have a tried and tested model for bringing Q. Learning people into the organisation. They receive the support, training and development they need in order that they become a consultant that is sort after and loved by all our clients. Potential Junior Consultants will have already had a successful career and experience in a business sector.
During their training, Junior Consultants will be responsible for specific projects such as the design, development and introduction of new products including e-products; web-site development and development of new markets. In addition, they work towards their NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner Certification and shadow/ co-train with experienced Q. Learning consultants.
Consultant
The consultants are responsible for Account Management and the development of long lasting relationships with our clients, such that the clients feel nurtured, supported and cared for. They are also involved in the design and delivery of training events, organisational consultancy eg change management, 1:1 executive coaching, proposal writing and selling.
Consultants within Q. Learning, may have developed through the Junior Consultant route or they may have come to Q. Learning as either an experienced Trainer or someone with significant experience in business and operating at a senior/ Board level.
